Humphrey ProControl PC3 proportional valve provides excellent value and versatility, and superior flow and pressure control of inert gases. Utilizing a frictionless, flat-spring armature, ProControl valves achieve excellent variable flow characteristics and long life in a simple, compact construction. The PC3 offers flows up to 25 SLPM from standard orifice sizes from 0.025" to 0.060" diameter. Available in 12 and 24 vdc (2 watt), the PC3 exhibits a response time of 5-8 msec and 10% hysteresis.
