Swivel Adapter are used with gauges and gauge valves to adjust the line of sight. The swivel adaptor rotates 360° to allow the connected instrument to be positioned in the desired direction and has temperature ratings of 15,000 psi at 200 °F and 3,000 psi at 1,000 °F. The pressure connection is achieved with a tapered cone style compression fitting simply by tightening the swivel hex nut.
